From the brief
to a platform in production.
A web app isn't handed over as a black box. Before writing any code we work out who will use it every day, which processes it should replace and where time gets lost today between spreadsheets and manual steps. That's where the quote you receive within 24 hours comes from: built around your real workflow, not a standard package.
Design. Flows and screens first, visuals second. We map out how a user moves through the dashboard, which data they see first and which actions they need to complete in the fewest clicks. You see the structure before a single line of code is written, so changes stay cheap.
Development. React on the frontend, Node.js on the backend, a PostgreSQL database, with Supabase for authentication and private areas where it fits. Auth, roles and permissions are built in from the start, not bolted on at the end: everyone sees only what they should, and the platform scales without being rewritten from scratch.
Launch. Automated deploy, error monitoring, backups and full handover of the source code. The repository is yours: no vendor lock-in, no fee to get your own software back. After launch we can stay on for fixes and new features, but you're always free to take the project elsewhere.
A platform
for every process.
Custom business software
The core of what we do: management software built around your process, not an off-the-shelf program you have to bend to. Orders, inventory, clients, quotes and deadlines in one place, with the fields and rules you actually use every day.
SaaS platforms
Multi-user web products with subscriptions, roles and several clients on the same infrastructure. Multi-tenant architecture built to grow, so your first hundred accounts don't force a rewrite.
Dashboards and panels
Interfaces that pull your data into a single view: metrics, charts, filterable tables and exports. Fewer scattered spreadsheets, more decisions made on the right numbers.
Portals and private areas
Private areas for clients, suppliers or collaborators, with secure login and differentiated permissions. Every user signs in and finds only the part that concerns them.
Internal tools
Custom tools for your team: they automate repetitive operations, cut manual errors and free up the hours that today disappear into copy-pasting between one program and another.
Integrations and APIs
We connect the platform to the services you already use — management systems, payments, CRM, third-party tools — with clean, documented APIs and no double data entry.
Before you
ask us for a quote.
How much does a web app or custom business software cost?
There's no fixed price list: a panel with a handful of screens and a multi-user SaaS platform are very different jobs. After a short free brief you get a detailed quote within 24 hours, everything included and no hidden costs.
How long does it take?
Usually two to six months, depending on complexity. We often start with a first version covering the essential features, so users get their hands on it early and we build the rest in steps on their feedback.
What do you build it with?
React on the frontend, Node.js on the backend, a PostgreSQL database, with Supabase for authentication and data where it fits. These are solid, widely used tools: it's easy to find someone to work on it after us, without being tied to a niche technology.
Isn't off-the-shelf software cheaper than custom?
At the start, often yes. Then you find yourself paying per-user fees for features you don't use, and bending your way of working to the software. Custom software does exactly what you need, the code is yours, and you don't pay a subscription for life.
Will the code be mine, or am I tied to you?
It's yours. We hand over the full source code and all access to the infrastructure. No vendor lock-in: you can stay with us for new features or take the project elsewhere whenever you want.
